My name is Ricki Barnes, and I have been working as a personal trainer at Four Seasons for 12 years and have been the Fitness Director for 8 of those years. I graduated from Villa Julie College in 2002 with a B.S degree and obtained my ACE and AFAA certifications . Additionally, I hold certifications in Weight Management Consulting and Sports Nutrition. Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is my passion, and I work with a wide range of clients. I’ve always enjoyed all types of physical activity, and I’m committed to staying fit and healthy. I have lived my entire life engaged in fitness and sports.  When I was young, sports were an everyday occurrence and now that I am older with 3 children sports have once again entered my life.  I love to coach and teach young and old the proper mechanics of an exercise or sport movement.  It has always been a passion of mine to make sure motions are preformed correctly so that injuries are prevented and you can work with your body rather than against it.  Proper mechanics are absolutely necessary for post rehab, functional fitness and when learning new motions.

Terri Stoll


Hi! My name is Terri Stoll, and I am the Director of  Group Exercise and I am also a Personal Trainer here at 4 Seasons. I have 35 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry.  I have been a Group Exercise Instructor and a personal trainer at 4 Seasons for over 16 years.  I have had extensive training in MAT (Muscle Activation) boxing , aquatics and yoga/pilates.  I am also qualified in weight training, strength and agility training.  I love to coach and set goals for my clients and am truly motivated by my client's success!

I am passionate about healthy living and fitness, but I understand the need for balance.  I enjoy working with both young and more mature clients.
