Group training is an alternative to private training, giving the client a unique training experience with 3-5 people at a fraction of the cost of private training. Group training is less expensive but it is also less personal. Many people that do group training have trained privately to ensure proper mechanics and eliminate any problems that would otherwise be hard to manage in a group setting. Our groups are very motivated and keep each other focused in addition to having a great time training with each other.
