Create long lean muscles and build strength and balance with our low impact, high intensity barre class. We use the principles of small rhythmic movements and high repetitions to allow you to feel the burn at the barre. Come discover our full-body, mindful workout combining strength conditioning, dance-inspired cardio and yogic stretches that will bring balance to the body helping you to feel challenged, empowered and inspired every time. Get on your mat and discover the full body, toning benefits and powerful core strengthening sequences only Pilates can deliver. With body-weight strength and flow sequences with small props to help deepen the practice, you’ll wipe off your mat feeling longer, leaner and stronger and more deeply connected to both your mind and body.
Learn the fundamentals of yoga, with proper body alignment techniques, basic flows and how to connect breath to movement. Build strength and flexibility and get clarity of the mind by learning how to set your intention which will lead a deeper practice and promote relaxation and stress relief. Les Mills BODYSTEP® is a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups, and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Les Mills BODYCOMBAT® provides a high-energy, non-contact martial-arts inspired workout. The instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ!
Les Mills BODYPUMP® is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit… fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own!
